You don't have to stop training though, do mental kata.Totally agree,Going through the kata's in you mind you will find that you body will twitch automatically, you could do Coach kata or Bed kataSo you wont have any issues forgetting kata this way "Challenge is a Dragon with a Gift in its mouth....Tame the Dragon and the Gift is Yours....."
