I think my favorite would be a jump spining side kick to the head. Like the SanShou guy did in the fight with a thai boxer.

What I did in self defense was a side kick (lead leg). After I hit him with a few hand techs. I broke his ribs. I know because I heard "crack" when I kicked him.

Inside front sweep. and front snamp kick. Quick and shoes, clothes, ground, weather, and how loose you are should not play a huge factor in the sucesso of them.

Kicks that are all below the waist. If you want the head, I say bring the head to your foot and not the other way around! :brow:

If i had to use my legs, i would knee him....MOst fights happen at close range. I would first use my hands to either block or punch..

 

Once I can adjust my range, i would use a low side kick to his hips....

Prolly roundhouse or sidekick, lol i got my friend to hold up some couch pillowes and stand a few feet from my wall, i sidekicked him and he flew through the air and broke my wall :o oops
