Jay Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Alot of martial arts preach that size and strength does not matter and you can use technique to overcome them. Personally I think size and strength maybe more important than technique sometimes. I mean why do weight classes exist? The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
