brickshooter
Water is better. If one expects the student to go 100%, then give them breaks & water. Otherwise, they're going to waltz through the class while conserving their energy & water.IMO, having students perform at 100% is better at building endurance than any water deprivation test. bushido_man96
Sometimes we have water breaks, but it usually comes after basics and we start doing forms by rank. Some nights, if we go straight into forms from basics, we might not get a drink. Our school doesn't allow water bottles in the room, either, likely for fear of it being spilled. Silly, really. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Underlink
In my aikido class we stop for water breaks however my karate dojo do not. I always tend to break up my lessons in the middle to give the oppertuinity to get water https://www.anzenkarate.co.uk
