dragonwarrior_keltyr
This week we had Kangeiko at our dojo at 6am every morning. It's been a great week and I've felt a lot of improvement in my techniques. Has anyone else participated? Were you hanging your sweaty gi outside to freeze after every class and doing your training outside? That's what I've heard of from people who have don kangeiko in Japan.Kangeiko here is awesome because it's 70 degrees right now Kishimoto-Di | 2014-Present | Sensei: Ulf KarlssonShorin-Ryu/Shinkoten Karate | 2010-Present: Yondan, Renshi | Sensei: Richard Poage (RIP), Jeff Allred (RIP)Shuri-Ryu | 2006-2010: Sankyu | Sensei: Joey Johnston, Joe Walker (RIP)Judo | 2007-2010: Gokyu | Sensei: Joe Walker (RIP), Ramon Rivera (RIP), Adrian RiveraIllinois Practical Karate | International Neoclassical Karate Kobudo Society

But they were really intense training sessions. External training without the training of the mind is nothing
