Oh and one more thing .....

 

it's "Tang Soo DO" ... not "doo"

 

"DO" means way of life or art.

 

(TANG" means Tang Dynasty of China, which reflects the shared cultural background between China and Korea (617 -907AD). "SOO" means hand, but implies defensive strike. "DO" means way of life or art)(

I believe we were all trying (in our own ways) to set the record straight with shuriken ... it is too often that someone posts something that gets people to feel the need to defend their style for whatever reason the person seems to be misinformed.

 

Hopefully shuriken is now informed and hasn't taken offense in the way some of us have.
