Shogun - James Clavell - Great book, but a commitment

Musashi - Eiji Yoshikawa

John Donohue has three MA adventure books that are quick, fun reads.

You need to check out the Night angel trilogy by Brent Weeks. It is anawesome series.

The most successful battle is the one in which you master yourself.

There were a series of "The Ninja" books by Eric Van Lustbader that weren't bad.

Also Marc Olden wrote quite a few books with martial arts themes "Gaijin", Dai-Sho", "Kisaeng" and a few others that I liked.

Amazon will give you a synopsis of these books.

I read "Zero" by Eric Van Lustbader not too long ago, and it was not too shabby either.

"We did not inherit this earth from our parents.

We are borrowing it from our children."
