karatekid1975 Posted August 5, 2002 Posted August 5, 2002 Hiya all. I did a search, and I couldn't find a thread like this, so here goes. I have a quick question. My school does, Chin Na on top of TKD (plus tai chi in a seperate class). I was wondering if anyone knows a good site on Chin Na? My school does it, but (to me) not enough. If you know a site with movies/videos/mpegs, that would be awsome, too. Thanks in advance. Laurie F

Red J Posted August 22, 2002 Posted August 22, 2002 I was just in a Barnes and Noble bookstore and saw two books on Chin Na. I happen to be studying this system as well. Is anybody else doing Chin Na? I have found it to be very functional and it helps make your training complete by adding in joint manipulations, holds, pressure points, takedowns, etc. GOOD STUFF! I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
