sensei8 Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 There's no doubt of his boxing skills, but not perfect. Imho, perfection is nothing more than an illusion because we are fallable beings, and in that, we're the farthest thing from perfection. Therefore, an imperfect being can't produce anything perfect, again, it's an illusion, imho . **Proof is on the floor!!!
bushido_man96 Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 I agree, Bob. Perfection is a pursuit, a never-ending one. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Jay Posted November 18, 2010 Posted November 18, 2010 Yes its a long term thing.Although that does not mean you can't go through small periods of time of doing things perfectly its the consistancy that we as humans find problems with. Generally in the sports world a player playing at almost perfect is regarded as being 'in form'. It happends to us as well I think. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
pinoy_1 Posted November 18, 2010 Author Posted November 18, 2010 Yeah i agree!! But, i just cant imagine how work his way through a win with an advantage like that.. the weight, 6 lbs lighter.. reach and height advantage.I think we could all agree to to his performance a near to perfection atleast.Right??
