Dobie1979
I really enjoy the Naihanshi katas. I really enjoy the strikes. Though, now that I am learning Pinan Yon Dan I really enjoy the movements from one move to another.
sojobo
I too enjoy Naihanchi. It is very deep and teaches you from the inside out. There is a definite connection to Chinese ma through it - especially with the "body on body" type approach it has.Sojobo I know violence isn't the answer... I got it wrong on purpose!!!http://www.karatedo.co.jp/wado/w_eng/e_index.htm
Fearun9033
I really enjoy Bassai-Sho although it is way beyond my current level. It feels more smooth and is a good contrast to the sharp, straight attacks I'm mostly used to by now (heians, tekki and bassai dai). Blog! =D http://www.movingworlds.angelthesis.com/
