JiuJitsuNation Posted September 28, 2010 Author Posted September 28, 2010 I also want to point out the speed and efficiency at which they move and could easily be back to their feet whenever they choose. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEhuHihC6LQ https://www.1jiujitsunation.com
ps1 Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 Nice vids...and that's an understatement. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."

brickshooter Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 Are you sure that's not actually a Judo throw?LoL.
JiuJitsuNation Posted September 30, 2010 Author Posted September 30, 2010 (edited) Are you sure that's not actually a Judo throw?LoL.Not in my jiu jitsu manual! But yes I understand what you mean as well. Look at the BJJ video. Phenomenal take downs. Some schools have weak stand up, however many do not. It's a huge part of what we do at the Nation. We either start from an established position or we start standing. No wrestling from the knees as I have seen in many places. Edited October 1, 2010 by JiuJitsuNation https://www.1jiujitsunation.com

It's just a game of muscle from there, not to mention that it's completely unrealistic for both sport and self defense. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."
Dobie1979 Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 That second video... That man is super quick, that is just plain scary.Great videos..
Jay Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Seriously top notch. I liked it.I think the key is not to underestimate anyone ever. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
