Slayer2004
I have to be honest I am shocked that you have had a problem. I have been ordering from Blitz for nearly 10 years now and never had a single problem. I have had White Diamond Gi's and never had a sizing problem. I am 5'10" and I order 180cm and they are too big for me.Blitz however are correct, in the end you are not their customer the shop you purchased from are and they should be able to resolve the issue for you. But can I ask why you didn't buy from blitz direct??
DWx
Sorry but I agree with Blitz not being the ones at fault. I've bought stuff directly off of them before and they're usually pretty helpful (& they have a nice little loyalty scheme). Maybe your local place you bought it from will exchange it for you. shotokan-ste
ok things taken into account, apparently the white diamond is japanese cut short sleeves long apron(looking at images id disagree)however the blitz japan syle is european cut long sleeve short apron,so ive decided to swap the diamond for the japan style which blitz are now happy to do for me so faith restored slightly
GaryMo
Ste, can I just ask if you received the Japan style gi and how it is compared to the white diamond gi?I ordered a size 5 white diamond from my club but it's come as 185cm (size 5.5?) and it absolutely drowns me!I'm 5ft10" and weight around 12.5stone. Unfortunately it's been ordered in for me and has had the club badge sewn on.
JohnASE
ok things taken into account, apparently the white diamond is japanese cut short sleeves long apron(looking at images id disagree)however the blitz japan syle is european cut long sleeve short apron,so ive decided to swap the diamond for the japan style which blitz are now happy to do for me so faith restored slightly That's confusing! You're saying the Blitz White Diamond is a Japanese tournament cut and the Blitz Japan is a European cut?ok guys got the gi delivered this morning, ordered a blitz white diamond 5/180 im 5ft 11 and 13 stone the sleave fits about 1 inch below my elbow and the base of my gi is level with the top of my knee capUnless you have disproportionately long arms and legs, the length of the sleeves and pants are unusually short, even for tournament cut. Many tournaments wouldn't allow you to compete in that gi. I wonder if there was some kind of manufacturing error.
