Hpkid0ist Posted July 31, 2002 Posted July 31, 2002 A good friend of mine studies Kajukenbo, and is trying to find a family tree for his style. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone out there can help. Thanx in advance. 2nd Dan Hap Ki Do: What we do in life echos for an eternity!
Pacificshore Posted July 31, 2002 Posted July 31, 2002 Hello, Since there are several methods of Kajukenbo, Emperado method, Gaylord Method, etc.. Has your friend attempted an internet search? If your friend knows of his instructor's instructor, then he can search under the instructor's name, for example Aleju Reyes, Tony Ramos, or Joe Halbuna. This could probably take him to what he's looking for. Hope this was of some help. Di'DaDeeeee!!!Mind of Mencia
Hpkid0ist Posted July 31, 2002 Author Posted July 31, 2002 His instructors instructor is Emperado. He is trying to get as complete a tree as he can. 2nd Dan Hap Ki Do: What we do in life echos for an eternity!
Red J Posted September 15, 2002 Posted September 15, 2002 Try this link: http://www.urbin.net/EWW/MA/KEMPO/kempo.html It has two Kempo trees and a pretty good FAQ. There are several references to Emperado and Kajukenbo. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
