They are really cheap, about $5 a pair, but they are worth their weight in gold.This is a good point. Imo I think they are more important than gloves. Sometimes I train with just wraps on. You just need to be creative.And for heavy bag I dont use any protection, because my sensei told me it hardens your fist A style is just a name.
