The next style I will study is tai chi, primarily to help learn to relax, I've always had a problem with relaxing. There's a good school near where I live, I should be able to join in a few months when I get caught up on bills. The style I would really like to study is not taught in my area, but it incorporates a lot of tai chi in it. I look forward to getting to know you all, I hope you all have a good day. If I put the name in it will stay in google forever and he won't like it. Just thought I would let you know why it is anonymous in case your curious. Others have disagreed with that, and have told me that traditional is not non contact, but that was what I was told. Beyond that, I can't really say what style of tae-kwon-do it was. You can contact Ed Bailey out of Edmonds, Washington and ask him, he's on the internet, I really don't know. The other was at a college, I don't have any contact info. for that teacher, I'm sure he's retired now, he was head of security at the college, he taught tae-kwon-do for the love of the art.
