ps1 Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 After all, I don't think "elbow grinding" is going to be a skill that diminishes terribly if you don't use it often.I'm very biased...especially since you're using it for DT stuff. You're basically putting your life in the hands of pain compliance. Never a good idea and proven useless by many injured and killed police officers. I'm not saying joint manipulation is the way to go either. But better to use leverage techniques that use gross motor skills. They are retained longer and take less time to learn. Oh yeah...and no amount of cocaine or meth can make someone capable of defying the laws of physics...pain on the other hand...
