I have been practicing Shaolin Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and Aikido solely by myself through the use of books and videos for the past three years. But soon I am going to join a Kempo school so it would be greatly appreciated if anyone can post stuff on technique, forms, or just any advice in general. Thanks guys.
