sensei8 Posted May 9, 2010 Share Posted May 9, 2010 As far as Shindokan is concerned...Zenkutsu-dachi [front stance] = 60/40Kokutsu-dachi [back stance] = 75/25 Kiba-dachi [Horse stance] = 50/50 Nekoashi-dachi [Cat stance] = 90/10 **Proof is on the floor!!!
