(No dippedfoam or elastic cloth hand pads)My oldish sparring gear was fairly cheap, about $30 for the hands and feet, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it is "dipped foam." I see at least one of our gis in each of the action photos on that site, and some of the knuckle pads look like they might be our Tokaido Karate Mitts.
