mitch Posted January 30, 2010 Author Share Posted January 30, 2010 well since im testing for black they want us to know them all from white to black an the they pick three to test on! but im also going to test for instuctor training so im required to test on all from white to black an know all self defense moves from each belt ....this has been a dream come true ive been waiting for along time for this the reason being is because i had to take a break from practicing cause work was super busy ..but im back strong an practicing strong ! my boys keep me motivated their doin better then i couild ever imagine!
