sensei8 Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Check this...http://www.martialartsnewsarticles.com/martial_arts_articles/2009/10/the-dojo-of-karate-packs-powerful-punch-with-successful-first-year-in-business-119483.htmThis school, imho, is on the right path in what it is that he's doing for the Dojo and his students. I like that he's taking his time with the different programs. I like the concept of the "2 Weeks For $2" and that he limits the availible spots.Your thoughts? **Proof is on the floor!!!
Tiger1962 Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 It sounds like a good idea to me. I get the impression he's more interested in making sure every student receives attention rather than just recruit as many as possible just to get as much money as he can. Although some dojangs are the main source of income for some owners, in a way you can see how this can have drawbacks. Good for him!
