Blade96 Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 i wont pretend i have a lot of experience (me being only 4 months in shotokan) but i thought i saw a pic of a kid black belt (something my association frowns upon, giving black belts to kids) Some people regard discipline as a chore. For me it is a kind of order that sets me free to fly.You don't have to blow out someone else's candle in order to let your own flame shine. Therefore, VISIT THE SCHOOL MANY, MANY TIMES!!!!!! Then come to an educated decision.Now, I'll say this although. This school is affiliated with Kanazawa Sensei and with his SKIF...that speaks in volumes by itself...still...visit the school over and over to see if it's in concert with Kanazawa Sensei and with what it is that you're searching for in a Shotokan/Martial Arts school/instructor.Good luck! **Proof is on the floor!!!
