Same as always-- eat healthier, exercise more and lose weight. I've only ever suceeded with that goal one year (lost 20lbs a few years ago-- I kept it off so far, but I've still got a long way to go). We'll see this year...

Happy New Year!

I'm not really big on New Year's resolutions, but my main goal this year is to maintain the weight loss I accomplished last year, and take it a step further with a small amount of fat loss to get rid of those last few stubborn pounds, but mostly with building more muscle (yeah, that'll probably add weight, but it's not weight from fat. :))

Happy New Year :D

I'm not so good with making or keeping resolutions but I'd guess mine is the usual, lose weight, get fitter and eat healthier.

I put on excess weight during '09, so my resolution for '10 is to continue the weight loss concentration I started in December. I feel it'll make me a fitter martial artist.

If you include December, then as of this morning I've lost twelve pounds, down from 200 to 188. :)

Thanks for the replies all. Good luck with your resolutions. :)

Bob, no, I don't think I have anything I'd term a resolution. I have some things in mind, though.

Happy new year's everyone, and best wishes for a happy andprosperous 2010!

Some people regard discipline as a chore. For me it is a kind of order that sets me free to fly.

You don't have to blow out someone else's candle in order to let your own flame shine.
