shotochem
MA have greatly helped me in my life. I am in better shape and have an excellent outlet for stress in my life. It is better to channel your stress and negative feelings to a positive physical activity than to go on a homicidal rage(even though some people deserve it ) It has also given me the ability to turn the lights on and off with my feet Pain is only temporary, the memory of that pain lasts a lifetime. Kyle-san
It's helped me control my anger and focus on almost anything. It's been a big influence on me for the last 8 years and will continue to be one for the rest of my life.
