Well that would be idiotic...since the term Atemi is mostly used with Aikido.

Tai Ji has the applications of Push hands which Pan Qing Fu has son fluently been able to produce...Lets not forget Sanda and Shuai are forms of Tai ji.

I thought Master Pan, practiced a few other arts which were the actual ones responsible for his ability. He had rained.with a few martial art pioneers as well.

I would think Sanda was more in part to Sanshou and not Tai Ji. And less not forget, Tai Ji and Tai Ji quan could almost be different martial arts.

Chuan means short, does it not?...IM really not sure on that one...nor the history of chinese arts....just what I have been told

Actually, in this application Chuan (quan, kuen, kune, kuyhn, etc.) mean "fist".

Not too many people actually practice the Quan aspect.

If there is Combat Hapkido, why cant there be Combat Aikido, Combat Judo, and Combat Tai Ji?

There is. All martial arts were originally combative. However that doesn't mean that all martial arts schools practice to prepare for self defense or combat anymore.

"Budo Mind frame"? How can one have such a mind frame, if at first they do not have proper instruction from a qualified instructor?
