andy100 Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 If you turn that walk to the gym/work into a jog, then it will boost your fitness levels even more.Maybe in time mate, but for now I just want to be able to make it to the club with enough energy to get through the hour's training! As my fitness improves, hopefully so too will my ability/desire to jog that far!
