Hey Brian,

Assuming you want people who are not added as friends to be able to see your profile, check your profile settings. Specifically: https://register.facebook.com/privacy/?view=profile

"Profile" should be set to "Everyone." You can then hide the rest of that info on that page, etc. But, I think this just lets people see your limited profile in a link like this one.
