Toptomcat
What always amazes me is that these type of schools always seem to be full and the more genuine schools only have a handful of students. One caters to the tangible while the other caters to the untangible. Can you elaborate? Because that strikes me as an oversimplification at best.

Tangible in this case speaks about BELTS and how easy they are to obtain as well as the importance of them. Intangible in this case speaks about BELTS and how hard they are to obtain as well as the unimportance of them. I seek only that which is intangible! **Proof is on the floor!!! Toptomcat
Ha, yes, that makes sense. I thought you were dragging out the old 'true karate doesn't have to be technically sound or physically rigorous as long as it's spiritual' chestnut. Glad to see that wasn't the case
ninjanurse
I offer a free class to everyone-sometimes two. In rare cases I give a Private introduction (about 15-20 minutes) followed by a group class but most jump right in. I do offer a 4 week package (with uniform) for those who are still testing the waters, and a 6 month trial for those who remain tentative.
