I might point out a key difference in this post. There is a big difference between muscle soreness and joint soreness.

While muscle soreness is completely normal. You should NOT be having regular soreness of the joints. If you are, you may have a medical problem or you are doing something wrong.

Very good! We are associated with the USKA and usually travel to their tournaments. We also attend the Camarillo tournament. Maybe we will see each other some time.

Do you know, years and years ago I actually stayed in Bakersfield for a few days.

I was travelling the states at the time - Very industrial as I remember.

People nice though (as most Americans are TBF).

all i can say to this is stretch stretch stretch stretch stretch stretch stretch stretch !

stretch! when you wake up

stretch! when you go to sleep

stretch! before you train

stretch! after training

stretch! during traning

and stretch! at random times flexibility = less muscle movement resistance = more power and better technique
