Kempohands Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 Oh man that's great stuff! I couldn't help but visibly smile after reading that.Glad to hear this ended so justly. "To win a fight without fighting, that is the true goal of a martial artist." -Grandmaster Nick Cerio
bushido_man96 Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I agree. Its great to see that man's Boxing skills have stuck with him through the years. Its good to see justice here, too. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

isshinryu5toforever Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 I think it's great that they dug up before pictures of the guy on facebook. He who knows others is wise. Patrick Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 Good story, thanks for sharing. I'm glad the man was able to defend himself.I think it's great that they dug up before pictures of the guy on facebook.Actually, this left a bad taste in my mouth. The Daily Mail has a good fair use argument, I'm sure, to take images that they wouldn't otherwise have rights to (that aren't copyright to Facebook, as they indicated, but to the man or the photographer). But, their intent in doing so was to cast the man in a bad light or make fun of the man, which isn't good journalism and the story alone should have been enough to stand on it's merits. Then again, I am not 100% familiar with the type of publication the Daily Mail is.Patrick Patrick O'Keefe - KarateForums.com AdministratorHave a suggestion or a bit of feedback relating to KarateForums.com?
