In kickboxing, continuous sparring, "it hits all by itself.". In jits and grappling I am in level 2. I have an understanding, it's not entirely primitive, but their isn't that fluidity that comes with thousands of repetitions and Experiece. Of course I can apply it to my students as well. But my development helps theirs, so I'm gunna do me!
