ShoriKid
Outstanding post sir. follows right along with how I was trained. Hard to keep in mind at times, but very important. The only thing I'd add to your rules for the floor sensei8 is this:-Things from off the floor don't matter/exist when you're there.I always tell my guys that any problem, social standing, personal disagreement that happens on the outside of the line(we've a taped line to define the 'floor') stay on that side of the line. We're there for training and truth. Kisshu fushin, Oni te hotoke kokoro. A demon's hand, a saint's heart. -- Osensei Shoshin Nagamine
bushido_man96
That's a good point, too. I find that when I get off to training, I don't really have to remind myself of that, though. I just get into the training, and everything else goes away for an hour or so. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
