tetsuhei Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 I stumbled on this site by accident and found a thread of people wondering what Tetsu Hei was. I am Dr. Jason Shepherd Soke and founder of Tetsu Hei. A little background on the art: It is not heavily based in ju-jitsu but based in Aikido. We also are practitioners of iron palm and iron body. We study Wing Chung and ju-jitsu. I have trained special forces, taught at the local college, and currently teach seminars at various schools, I have been involved in the martial arts for over 25 years with two national hall of fame inductions. I do not run an open class in fact each student is selected. We do fight full contact, and we also study acupuncture and anatomy. We are very well rounded fighters and are very comfortable standing or on the ground. We have national sponsorship and affiliation are are certified by a nationally recognized council.
