Traymond Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Sepai is indeen not with Uechi, but he says that the Sepai kata has some good contrast to have with uechi, since his emphasis on uechi is Crane, he loves the movements of Sepai, and thanks for the vid.>.......<And now thats answers by whole question to do with the "ashi" What about the "ha"...does that ha refer to crane?
