TKD: 2nd Degree black belt, over four years now nonstop but was on and off most of my life.

Traditional Kung Fu: Over 5 years

Wushu: 2 years

Muay Thai: 6 months

Shotokan 19 years: Yondan

Judo 6 years: Nikyu

BJJ: 5 years Brown belt

Muay Thai: Two years of training in

You do not need to be flexible to do a Jodan (head kick), if your opponent is already on the ground.

Grecian Wrestling for 2 years and I've been doing Taekwondo for almost 5 collectively (was out of it for about 3 years right after I got my black belt, but recently have gotten back into it at my old school) and hold the rank of 1st Dan.

Shintani Wado-Kai Karate 1.5 years Green Belt and not in a rush.

Kempo/Kung Fu 6 years (waste of time but got good basics from it.)

Also did some Judo as a teenager for a year no rank.

Currently 6 months (8 KYU) in Shorin Ryu and before that Chan Mu Kwon TKD never tested up.
