Finger sprains

Ow Joint Sprains...I dont get them any more...I dont keep my fingers out. I keep a clenched fist in sparring...just to avoid them...

If your gonna spar open handed you need to strengthen them, with finger grips, such as the ones they use in eagle claw kung fu...a book by Leung Shum actually tells you where you can order them but I forget the name of the book and the name of the place...(My student is borrowing it from me for a while).
