Mistassailant5 Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 The response to that I saw in Muay Thai is grab your trapped leg for an extra boost and do a flying knee strike to the opponents head, and usually since they like their teeth they will let go of your leg to guard themselves.
