TheArtofDave
Some time I feel like the odd man out but then I hear so many inspiring things like people starting martial arts at 50. And it inspires me to just work and cross train with as many styles as I can. I'm going to be 30 in November. But at least I'm going back to a style I really love. I really am going to work hard for my black belt.
Okami
Well lets see I made Black belt in 1974, I'm 55 now My grand master just died so that left me with the 10th Dan for what its worth, may as well be a white belt but I still train but on my own...i do wish I could find one worthy student but not lately. Minx
46, been doing Shotokan karate and Aikido on and off for 30 years. I've developed hip problems over the years due to an old leg injury which means I sometimes have to have cortisone injections to keep going. But after once seeing a guy who had both legs amputated below the knee do kata (without prosthetics!) I still feel lucky that I just get the odd twinge! Jay
I am 20. I have been doing Martial Arts since I was 7. Its such a habit now I can't imagine not doing them. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.

Patrick
I like this poll because it illustrates that all ages are pretty evenly represented here. This makes for a nice mix.
