So far I'm the only one that voted 17-21. I'm eighteen years old. I hope that section gets more hits. I'd hate to be the youngest one here

I'm 18 too so you're not alone. :) Anyone else batting for the kids group?

I'm 34, I will be in the senior division in late summer. And have been training over 3 years

It's the recovery time I've noticed the most so far. Still pretty stong and fast, but man I hurt the next day. Not so much hard sparring these days either, fewer session and further between. It derfinalty takes more ibuprophen to keep me running for sure.

I've found I have to be smarter with my training in the post-30 era. I'll probibly have to make adjustments as I go on as well, not just to my training, but to the game plan as well.

I felt the same way with the ibuprofen thang until I found my new chiropractor and boy is he great now I do not have to take as much Ibuprofen. My whole family goes to him even my husband side.

And yes I try to train smart but sometimes I get a little stupid. :D

We may be a minority but at least we never complain about joint and/or lower back problems
