It's sort of "science trivia" that the extra second is added on every so often, probably not with the same regularity as Leap Year; supposedly, the Earth had less than twenty-four hours in a day over the millions of years, but to be noticed, I think you really do need that atomic clock the article mentioned.One more second to watch the ball drop at Times Square. ~ JoeVee Arnis Jitsu/JuJitsu
