You've got to admire his "never give up" attitude.
I agree. I don't care what anyone might think of him, to keep plugging away like that shows perserverance.

On a side note, he says a lot of things in there about Boxing keeping him in a straight line, giving him focus, and helping to be something in his life other than in trouble. It shows that many of the same "spiritual" aspects touted in Eastern MAs can be found in our Western MA sports, too.

Actually reading the articles through, he didn't really do that badly. Fought quite a lot of big names. And he's 39, that's quite old-ish for a professional boxer.
