Truestar Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Watched this and I'm glad I did. There's lots of neat stuff in here. It's a bit of motivation for me as I haven't been able to achieve that kind of level yet. Flying spinning hook kicks to a break is something that requires mastery of your own mind and body and is something I know I can achieve but need to work on.
joesteph Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 It is a very good video, Truestar, from "military type" demonstrations (I saw two of them in there, everyone moving as one with perfect precision) to the multiple attackers (wearing/needing protective vests) against the woman defender. At the very end, what was that last individual breaking, shattering into many pieces? I know it wasn't wood, but the objects looked stone-like in appearance to me. ~ JoeVee Arnis Jitsu/JuJitsu
Truestar Posted October 12, 2008 Author Posted October 12, 2008 It's definitely some kind of stone or concrete. I'm sure not exactly what it is though.
bushido_man96 Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 That was a nice demo. Very fun to watch. The leg strength that they demonstrated was awesome, along with the control. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
