ad Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 it amazes me and disgusts me to see how bias and fixed this years world cup in japan 2002 is i just gave up watching after the spain and korea match. How the two goals scored by spain were completley legit, they should have beat korea, this goes for the same for italy and portugal when they faced korea. Im sorry but i feel the world cup is fixed so korea will pull through they should have been out in the first round Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
ckdstudent Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 Gee, what a suprise, someone saying that the referee made bad decisions and that another team should have won the match. This is a novelty. ---------Pil SungJimmy B
K4j4 S1n1s Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 Waiter - one large portion of sour grapes, table 4 please!
Sin Style Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 FIFA also think somethings' up there investigating the ref's
ckdstudent Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 I won't say something's not up, but this does seem to happen every single time there's a world cup on. There's a match at some point where there's a bad decision and everyone starts yelling about it. Who remembers the Hand of God goal? ---------Pil SungJimmy B
ad Posted June 23, 2002 Author Posted June 23, 2002 i can understand your view cdkstudent but lets look at the odd italy was 1/4 to win spain was 1/5 portugal 3/5 korea?? 1/50 , quite i strong contrast, korea are a good team but there is no way they could beat the likes of italy spain and portugal, considiring it is the first time they have reached the finals, let alone the semifinals Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
ckdstudent Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 Yes, and there's no way Senegal could beat France, no way England could beat Argentina. Wait, odds don't tell you everything? I never knew that one. Anything can happen, always. ---------Pil SungJimmy B
Karateka Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 If you look at the Korea/Spain game, you could see that the Korean team was genuinly putting their hearts into the game. Where the Spanish would walk, the Koreans ran; where the Spanish ran, the Koreans sprinted. I feel Korea deserved to win because they put everything they could into the game. Eye of the Tiger Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 It does seem that way, but if it is fixed then Korea will beat Brazil WHOOOO HOOO!!!
ZeRo Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 i agree that there is something odd goin on. but it's probably just luck.
