RavenVulf Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Best of best all 4 of them. ladies motorbike clothing for style, flip up helmets for safety.
Slayer2004 Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 I love the best of the best saga and have all 4, but there are so many that I have enjoyed over the years. I even enjoy the original karate kid trilogy
still kicking Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 OK I will admit I haven't even seen most of these movies -- don't care that much. I used to like to watch the old samurai movies, with the blind swordsman Zatoichi, and I really liked the 1st Karate Kid. Of the others mentioned, I thought "Twilight Samurai" was an awesome movie all around, even for someone not into the martial arts, but especially if you are. I highly recommend it!
Slayer2004 Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Hey Still Kicking,I like a lot on here would highly recommend best of the best 1 if not 2 as well. Well worth it.
still kicking Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 OK I will look for Best of the Best -- though I've never really watched any karate movies before except Karate Kid, I will try it. Now I am thinking more about watching 7 Samurai again, and all those other Kurosawa movies. Even though it's not karate, I guess I just really enjoy seeing groups of samurai swarming around and doing their thing, and there is always some kind of good "life lesson" in them. Problem is, taking all this time to watch movies will cut into training time!
NewLevel Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I watched a kung fu film this weekend entitled "Fighter." I just changed the channel and started watching this film and it really took me by surprise. Totally awesome and it's beautiful film through and through.I recommend everyone to watch this film. It definitely inspired me to work harder. You can read the synopsis and watch the the trailer here: "In time of grave public crisis, one must have the courage to face a million and one opponents..." - Gichin Funakoshi
Jeffrey Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 Not to date myself but Chuck Norris in “Octagon” The sai fight scene is awesome.
Bruce1709 Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 Wow! Thats almost impossible to answer. So many to choose. I would have to go with "Enter the Dragon". http://selfdefensefacts.com
