I think I deleted a file from my computer that caused my java not to work. Can someone give me a link to where I can download something to make it run?

Did you delete that file because of an email sent to you about a virus that can't be detected by virus software and you must manually delete it? That file affects java and you've been tricked. It's BS.

Forgot to say that you should be able to go into your recycle bin and restore it.

I'm assuming you need the Java Virtual machine reinstalled from the link KickChick provided and all should be sweet.

Dude I work for an ISP and I had to fix a lot of that fake virus. It pissed me off. We got calls on it for like 3 weeks. Here is a site to look up viruses.

You can go into control panel and go into add and remove programs and see if Microsoft Internet Explorer and Internet tool is there. Double click on it and the middle option will be repair program. Do that and it may help. Exept with the worse operating system in the world window XP.
