The BB of C
That looked pretty good and it was just a beginner doing it. I'll bet if you studied the video enough, you'd be able to do it yourself. Add speed and you've got a great tournoment form.
Tiger1962
It says "video no longer available" Anyway, the tiger form is one of my favorites. joesteph
Maybe there is something wrong on my end? I tried again to view it again and it says "this video is no longer available."I was able to connect to it, Tiger, but there was a message above:"We are currently performing site maintenance. Be cool - we'll be back 100% in a bit."It's probably just when you happened to access it. ~ JoeVee Arnis Jitsu/JuJitsu

BlackTiger
learning from video's is not a good way to learn any M/A. However I have seen some Kempo teachers that offered a video couse in which you would learn a form then send a video of yourself back perofrming it in order to verify your progress. " hands on " teaching is the correct method. Attend work shops or seminars if possible.
