Favourite Kata - If you were able to keep 5 what are they?

Hmm...If I wanted to keep five of my favorite kata and still be practicing the kihon's as well, it would go like this: Kushanku, Niahanchi, Bassai, Kihon Kata Shodan (the first kata I was taught), and Jion. But of course, I like all the katas I've learned thus far!

OSU!

If I could only keep five (which by the way would be terrible!) I guess they would be:

Heian Nidan

Tekki Sandan

Bassai Dai

Unsu

Kanku Sho

But that's a *horrid* question! There are so many others I would want to keep too!

Decisions . . . Decisions . . . .

Since I've got exactly five hyungs to know, I'll list them:

Ki Cho Hyung Il Bu

Ki Cho Hyung E Bu

Ki Cho Hyung Sam Bu

--"Ki Cho" means basic

Pyung Ahn Cho Dan

--The first of the "peaceful confidence" (that's the translation Soo Bahk Do accepts for English) forms

Chil Sung E Ro Hyung

--The second of the Seven Star forms

And I likely surprise others when we're given some on our own warm-up time, as I use the first of the basic (Ki Cho) forms, and will keep going from there, until free time to warm up is over. I find the basic forms are good warm-ups, especially to get my balance/stance into focus.
