G95champ Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 I would use spear hands if the chance was there. Just from goofing off with friends and such I've found that you actaully need little conditioning to inflict pain. Now your not going to break boards with one but if attacking a soft targer then you can use it with little risk. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
bushido_man96 Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 I've seen karate dudes pierce wood and stuff with it.. Doesn't it break your fingers? :SNot as long as you properly condition your hands and fingers. It isn't something that I would focus on, but it is a cool feat to see. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
G95champ Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Yeah like I said you can do pretty good damage without ramming your hand into sand for years lol. Again nothing you want to waste time on IMO.
