This is almost a bigger factor that skill in some cases. The fact is, a violent individual intent on doing you harm has already set his m ind on a course of action and is not restrained by feelings of compassion or worry of legalities.Too many martail artist, while excellet technicians, don't train thier mind set to be that of a warrior. Real violence therefore frightens them and makes them less effective.
