Withers M.A.A. Posted June 15, 2002 Posted June 15, 2002 It depends on what the weapon is going to be used for. If it was for selfdefense and I would be carrying it everyday it would be a small concealable handgun that would carry a minimum of 10 rounds. If it were for Martial Arts practice, I would have a hand forged Samurai Sword built the certain specs. ckdstudent Posted June 15, 2002 Posted June 15, 2002 Why do you need ten rounds or more for self defence? ---------Pil SungJimmy B
John G Posted June 15, 2002 Posted June 15, 2002 I'd go for the lead lined suit and the thermonuclear hand grenade... darn the collateral damage. Collateral damage what a great name for a movie. John G Jarrett III Dan, ITF Taekwon-Do
ckdstudent Posted June 15, 2002 Posted June 15, 2002 Better name for a book I'd have to say, then you could have the film of the book. ---------Pil SungJimmy B

Ti-Kwon-Leap Posted June 16, 2002 Posted June 16, 2002 My weapon would have the following qualities... 1. It could sense a dangerous situation and avoid or alter its outcome with almost clarivoyant precision. 2. It would not be readily apparent to anyone and would pass through metal detectors with zero chance of detection. 3. It could be used at a moments notice, delivering the exact response to almost any threat. 4. It would have the ability to adapt almost any object into an integrated weapon to fit it's needs as they arise. I'll let you guess what it might be... Of the problems I forsee with Wolverine claws are the mishaps which might occour when performing certain functions in one's own bathroom. I would hate to be the unfortunate Wolverine that had his claws pop out while wiping... _________________ "It is not enough to aim, you must hit." -Italian Proverb [ This Message was edited by: Ti-Kwon-Leap on 2002-06-16 03:22 ] Ti-Kwon-Leap"Annoying the ignorant since 1961"
ckdstudent Posted June 16, 2002 Posted June 16, 2002 Let me guess. It would also be possible of repairing itself to a fairly extensive degree. It could improve itself by picking up new modes as necessary, or increasing its power. It could be used equally in offense or defense. It could be used in either lethal or non-lethal situations equally well. Am I getting close? ---------Pil SungJimmy B
